Customer Portal: Allow users to remove a future enddate

UI wise, if sub_enddate is set, replace disabled "end subscription" option with something like "Continue subscription".

Also, we might add a setting to allow for renewals or not (since some subscriptions are preset to a specific timeframe).

@joshbartolomucci can you flesh this out a bit? Would this require a new portal configuration option in the API and admin as well?

I think what I was referring to are scenarios when a subscription has a specific end date by default (ie: a payment plan for 4 months).

This might be a scenario where it wouldn't make sense to show a "Continue Subscription" option in the portal. So the suggestion is a setting to disable the "continue subscription" in the admin.
