Describe the bug

When Reset front panel switch is pressed, computer shuts down, but does not automatically reboot

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Press Reset f-panel switch
2. Computer shuts down, no reboot
3. Press Reset f-panel switch again and there is an audible click from the board, but no boot
4. Press Power f-panel switch and computer boots

Expected behavior

When Reset front panel switch is pressed, computer should automatically reboot to OS

Tested using my Power f-panel switch as Reset and Reset f-panel switch as Power, same results as 'Steps To Reproduce'

The reset pin on this product resets the embedded controller. When the embedded controller resets, the system does not automatically boot again.
You can use the power switch pin for turning on the system after EC reset.
