Does the transmission in “operate” refer to the transmission of messages to the satellite?

I attempted transmission and it displayed as successful. Does this merely indicate that my hardware is functioning correctly? Or does it mean that the satellite has indeed received my transmission?

None of the satellites current being followed have 2-way capability for the public. So, you transmitted but no one was listening.

On a related note, be sure to only transmit on frequencies that you are licensed for in your country. We have had 2-way satellites in the past; hopefully there will be more again soon!
