Need ability to set number of steps for workflow tests #4
Description
Currently, when setting MDUtilsTestRunWorkflow or testWorkflow (depending how you do it) to Yes will set:
maxcyc, ncyc, ntwr and nstlim to 1.
This is expedient for stem-to-stern integration tests. We can ensure that the entire workflow works without needing to wait for the full simulation to complete.
But, it is good to be able to observe the system if it has to wait a while. Being able to set the value to some integer other than 1 is useful.
