Need Dev doc for the Delegator class

This issue depends on the completion of: Issue 55

Once the Delegator class exists, create Wordpress doc on how to use it.

Don't document all the possibilities, just sending and receiving requests via the Delegator. Marco and Polo.

I like using issues because they open up features like commenting. Issues can be used in project boards, and get urls, which is how I was able to add the linked issue in the original issue post.

It is also possible to add cards to the project that are not issues, those are just called notes. They do not get this commenting feature or a url though.
