In order to find relevant datasets more efficiently, users want improved filtering capabilities including API availability, latest publishing date, and enhanced search features.

Needs clarification:
- "Data available via API" - Does this mean datasets that have API endpoints? Or datasets accessible through the catalog API?
- "Latest publishing date" - Filter by date range? Sort by most recently published?
- "AI search support" - What does this mean? Natural language search? Semantic search? Integration with AI tools?
