User Story
In order to be better aware of bot activity, datagov wants to setup a new relic alert when there's an abnormal amount of active users from a foreign country
Acceptance Criteria
[ACs should be clearly demoable/verifiable whenever possible. Try specifying them using BDD.]
- GIVEN we want to monitor and sometimes block bot activity
WHEN an abnormal amount of GA active users are outside the US
THEN we are alerted by new relic \
Background
- generally whenever active users from outside the US dominate they're bots. we've previously blocked bots stemming from this information.

Sketch
- query GA active users from analytics API and alert when some threshold has been reached (5 times more than US users?). this can probably just run once a day. typically bots scrape over periods longer than that (week, months)
