Catalog-beta UI column overlap

UI doesn't look right with the 2 columns overflow. See screenshot.

How to reproduce

1. Go to https://catalog-beta.data.gov/dataset/supply-chain-greenhouse-gas-emission-factors-v1-3-by-naics-6

Not sure if this is an easily fixable bug, or requires serious reformatting.

This is complicated, we got rid of line-wrapping for long identifiers, but how can we square that with unpredictable column lengths for the sidebar. Easiest thing might be to bring back line-wrapping for long content in the Complete Metadata section. Or need a "..." and click it to show the full value!?
