Dashboard Hour Breakdown is not showing nights

Describe the bug
Due to the new availability and the new definition of an availability component (no longer a grid). Night Shifts are not being counted as night shifts, rather it is counted as day. So, all night shift counts show up as 0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure you are on a team with both night and day shifts.
2. Go to Dashboard and view hour breakdown widget.
3. See the lack of night shift counts (all zeros)

Expected behavior
Night shifts hours are counted and displayed
