Archer Spawners Don't Work

Mob Spawners for Archers (raiders:ranger) never spawn anything. I tested all the other mobs, and they work fine.

Also seeing this problem. I was going to set up archer dungeons based around wooden towers they could fire from but . . . until they actually spawn the structures would just be extra loot with no risk!
