We also need the total count over the whole timespan for each mutation (also proportion, so maybe we can also give coverage? to be thought about).

In the frontend we currently use the `FetchSubstitutionsOrDeletionsOperator` to fetch this data, but it'd be good to have it supplied already with the endpoint.
