suggestion to model negative emissions from BECCS properly

Hi Everyone,

I tried to model the effect of negative emission from BECCS into the electricity system. There are two model that I made.

the first model follows these steps :

1. input the negative CO2 emissions intensity for BECCS in fuel.csv
2. model the retrofit resources for the biomass in thermal.csv
3. use CO2_Capture_Fraction, CO2_Capture_Fraction_Startup, and CCS_Disposal_Cost_per_Metric_Ton column in retrofit resources

the second model follows these steps:

1. input the negative CO2 emissions intensity for BECCS in fuel.csv
2. model the retrofit resources for the biomass in thermal.csv without CO2_Capture_Fraction and CO2_Capture_Fraction_Startup (CO2_prices_and_penalties.csv output are not created even if I add the CCS_Disposal_Cost_per_Metric_Ton)

However, I found it interesting that the negative emission contributed by the plants in the first model are smaller compared to the second model, my guess is the negative emission on the first model goes into the Captured emission output. Which one is correct? or am I modelling the whole BECCS wrong?
