#41 Issue 41: [Feature] Soulbound Grant Certificates (SBT)


Description:
Mint an NFT to the grantee upon grant creation that represents their funding rights. This NFT cannot be transferred but acts as an on-chain resume item.
Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Implement a mini-SBT minter inside the contract.

[ ] Update NFT metadata with Total_Amount and Status.
