# Issue: [UI] "Kill Switch" Toggle (Admin Dashboard)

Description: "The core feature of this protocol is the Pause button. It needs to be big, red, and accessible. Add a toggle switch to the Admin row for each grant."

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Switch component (Green = Active, Red = Paused).

[ ] On click, trigger set_pause transaction.

[ ] Show loading spinner while processing.
