# Issue: [Feature] Grantee Proof-of-Work Upload

Description: "Grantees need a place to prove they are working. Add a file upload zone for PDFs/Screenshots."

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Upload file to IPFS (via Pinata or Web3.Storage).

[ ] Store the IPFS hash in the backend associated with the Grant ID.

[ ] Display "View Proof" link on the dashboard.
