Adding Battery estimated time remaining, battery percentage, and temperature

PSVshellPlus plugin lacks these 3 parts which we can find on the original PSVshell by Electry. I think displaying these 3 again is beneficial especially on a single plugin rather than adding another plugin for showing battery percentage all the time. I don't know if the temperature display is really working but why not?
