I developed an R package to incite R users to use green-algorithms

Hi @GreenAlgorithms and @wlandau,

I just released a beta-version of an R package based on green-algorithms (Lannelongue et al. 2021): greenAlgoR. It contains two mains functions, ga_footprint() computes the carbon footprint in the same way as green-algorithms, and ga_targets computes the carbon footprint of a targets project.
