[REFACTOR] BOT.py needs a refactor

all func (1x) are really nested !

NEVER EVER over ~ 4, that is something i whould say.

But 6 is definitly toooo much!

then there is the code.
Code quality should be better I guess.

There should be sub func instead of really clunky ones!
