Hi! I found this repository while looking for a way to save statistics on my dedicated server. Looking at the README file, I'm still not clear on how it works or how it differs from the other "Master" program I've found.

Docker is failing on my computer because it doesn't detect virtualization even though it's enabled. Is it possible to run this project without Docker? If so, how could I do it?

Would it be possible for you to make a video or documentation demonstrating the project so I can really understand its function?

This is an Master Server Emulator for Battlefield Bad Company 2, current version is an rewrite of my initial attempt of the same thing (you can find original version in some forks on GitHub I'm sure, but the original version is incomplete)

Current version is what I would consider feature-complete, and it should allow you to host Master Server for Battlefield: Bad Company 2. My version aims for accuracy, rather than "making it just work" - this is probably the biggest diffirence you can find. I strongly believe that my version have 100% features of EA Master Server (or at least it contains everything I managed to capture and/or reverse engineer)

You don't need docker - although it helps... much, it sets up both database and redis which is required for this server to work.
For database you can use any database that is SQLAlchemy compatible, and you need to have redis server running on your PC.

@GrzybDev Your project is very interesting, and I have a question. I've seen two types of projects floating around as BFBC2 master servers: one called "bfbc2 mase" and the one officially used in Project Rome (which I don't have, but something tells me they use the same one, i.e., "bfbc2 mase"). Were those projects early versions of this final project?

Honestly, you've left me even more intrigued than before, haha, and I'd love to get this server up and running on my PC for both offline and online use. Would you be so kind as to add a step-by-step tutorial on how to configure it without using Docker? (I'm a bit of a newbie and have only used XAMPP a couple of times.)
