Improve the default.htm so that it can be used with minimal modification #9

The EmergencyServicesBot currently allows for a wide-range of customizations in terms of bot styling and functionality. The issue here is that disasters often strike without and operators need to set up services in minimal time. With a improved default.htm template, we could make it much easier for operators to go from deployment to branded service in a matter of minutes.
This requirement is purposefully open-ended but should be developed with ease of use and deployment for operators to make use of.
