As an admin, if you submit a request from the hardware list and then immediately go to the hardware desk page, the new request does not appear. This may be related to the other hardware desk bug where sometimes new requests don't appear. It seems like some kind of initial data refresh (at a minimum) on the hardware desk screen when returning to it is necessary. Also, taking a look at the local GraphQL cache to make sure the data structure is correct in this case would be good.
