Ground Truth Login after Walk-up Registration crashes registration

If a user has already registered through walk-up registration (ie staff) and then later tries to login via  a HackGT account in ground truth, the ground truth login flow attempts to create the user an account and crashes registration with a duplicate key error on the mongoose insertion.
