Dynamically pull participant name from ground truth instead of setting on account creation

Right now, registration gets the participant's name on account creation and sets it at that time. It would be much better if it pulled that information from ground truth every time the participant logs in. This would be helpful in the future if we allow participants to change their own name through ground truth.
