Convert FeedCard(for teams and users) appearance to rebranded version

The new and old versions are fairly similar, but notable differences are the size of the card and the lack of buttons. Also, implement a character limit for the bio, or if not, make it so that if it does overflow, no scrolling is done, either cut off or fade.

Don't worry about how the skills are displayed and colored; that is a separate issue.
