Add in skills filter #207
Description
This is a feature Emerging would like to see to facilitate the team formation process.
It involves adding an array of skills (likely as String) on the team and user schemas. And then endpoints to add and remove skills from said arrays.
On the frontend, it involves getting the array and displaying it on the user/team card.
