Add new sponsors

We need to add some new sponsors to the site and generally reorganize the sponsors list. The final order should be:

• epartners
• AWS
• tailscale, csl, valkey
• twelvelabs, backboard
• keeb.io, irods
• nord logos
• .xyz

Where each bullet point is a section separated with a divider. Each logo should be about the same size, although more square logos typically look smaller so I suggest increasing their height so they look visually consistent.
