Finish Hack_NCState Today core features #4
Description
With the switch in framework used and possibly a lack of communication on my part (my bad y'all), I understand if you don't feel like going through the trouble of setting up a dev environment to help contribute to hackncsu-today.
However if you do (would be pretty awesome), I've added instructions on setup in the README of the dev branch. Please let me know if you have any issues or questions about the setup.
