Interactive element highlighting overhaul.

Interactive elements (phone, computer, client) should have a unified highlighting system. Possible implementations:

• Make the element's border pulse?
• Make small parts of the element animated (e.g., light blinking on phone)
• Simply highlight a square area around the element if outlining the elements 1:1 is too difficult.

This can be represented using a "label maker" label over the item that is clickable for the given scene. This would fit great with the theming of the game overall
