fetch_ats_positions Now Returns Warnings When Using Default Chunk Size = 50

Hi all, not sure if this is even something you can do anything about on your end, but seemingly out of nowhere yesterday (10/22/24), ATS stopped returning all points when using the default chunk size of 50. I played around with values and started having issues returning all points with chunk sizes greater than 20. It could just be that ATS is undergoing maintenance right now that will make this issue obsolete. Still, if this is a permanent change to the ATS site to only allow smaller requests at a time, it could be worth it to change the default chunk size to 20.

@kaitlynstrickfaden It sounds like they implemented pagination on their end to prevent against sending too much data at once. I will have a look in the next day or two regardless and update the default. Thank you for letting me know.
