DPVP: Consider NpcSpawn support as an alternative to BotReSpawn

There is a free plugin called NpcSpawn at https://codefling.com/extensions/npc-spawn that can spawn scientists according to provided JSON config, and optionally have them guard an entity. This may be a more accessible alternative to BotReSpawn. Consider adding support.
