Controlled Internet download does not work. #3

Hello I2Pplus developers, I have been using your soft fork for a while now and I have been trying to get it on my fresh OS install. I cannot download it over the clearnet since the download does not work. The workaround for now is to navigate to the installer file on the github repo for the site and download it from there. I hope this is fixed soon.
