Dynamic client registration

It would be nice to have the dynamic client registration available as a module as well.

The functions related to dynamic clients from the lmi are there, but these do not allow to create dynamic clients.

Use case : protect dynamic client registration so it's only available for "administrator" access (for specific definitions). This allows to use dynamic clients that behave as static clients , but are stored in the hvdb instead of configdb. This can be very useful in Containerized environment (where the configdb is not shared).

There are REST APIs that are for LMI related use cases - versus other REST APIs that address other functionality. For example REST APIs to support OIDC based functionality that end users/applications might use. The latter set of REST APIs is where the dynamic client REST APIs you reference fall under?
