Integrate PHMForge Multi-Agent Framework into AssetOpsBench

I would like to integrate a new framework that was undergoing development within AssetOpsBench, it contains 75 curated scenarios, 7 Asset Classes, 18 datasets across 5 task categories and the corresponding github code can be found here:
