This issue is to track the progress of accommodating the scenarios

• https://github.com/IBM/AssetOpsBench/tree/extra_scenarios/experimental_scenarios (all together 150+ new set of scenarios)
• Rule-logic Scenario
• PHM Scenario (OSS contribution)

Also Add an asset class

We start by consolidating all the scenarios on HF.

• Update on git about asset coverages
• Update on Impact statement (what impact will these scenarios bring to the table)
• Provide a value proposition (in terms of adoption and )
