helm deployment with db2u-install failed

Here
I cloned the repository yesterday, I have an OCP 4.3 and helm tiller deployed. Helm CLI is able to connect. The helm and tiller version are 2.16.4.

Executing:
./db2u-install --db-type db2oltp --namespace jbsandbox --release-name db2u-r1 --storage-class ibmc-file-bronze

Got the following error
