Be compatible with Jakarta JAXB

Using this library in a Java17 context, we have many logs generated by following code : https://github.com/IBM/ibm-cos-sdk-java/tree/master/ibm-cos-java-sdk-core/src/main/java/com/ibm/cloud/objectstorage/util#L67

As our internal stack forbidden to use old javax.xml.bind:jaxb-api dependency in favor of jakarta.xml.bind:jakarta.xml.bind-api, then we exclude it.

Could it be possible to have a new release of this lib compatible with Jakarta JAXB API?
