IBM should ditch this way of handling JSON. This Newtonsoft and most if not all of its variants have created so much problem and instability to the apps on iOS. Even though it is not strictly their fault but knowing the consequence of (inevitable) stripped code and not doing anything about it is equally guilty in my opinion. Not even a link.xml is provided also make me believe they just don't care anymore.

Hi @edwios & @realitygarage , thanks a lot for bringing it to our attention. While more logs would be helpful to debug the issue, we can look into updating the Newtonsoft library in the core. @edwios do you have any suggestions on which library to switch to?
