try xml/json content type for bulk api

as csv works fine for the bulk api, there is not much we get from this as the data is always already structured in maps. 
Changing to xml/json might have the adventage that soap and bulk data is more similar and requires less conversion, although the csv part is still needed for reading and writing csv.
