Ability to send notice on user ban for way to appeal?

There is no easy way to do this. Once a user is banned or gone from a server, then they can no longer be messaged. They would need to be messaged prior to being banned/kicked. This can be done by triggering to bot to do so ahead of time, or by sending the ban through this bot instead of through another bot or directly.

This is not planned at the moment, so this will be put on hold.
