[SUGGESTION] Add config screen that lets us change resend radius

Maybe add config screen that lets us change resend radius

Also maybe an option so the keybind will instead resend every chunk.
That would be useful because when both world edit and C2ME are installed, large changes creates ghost blocks, and the ability to resend all blocks would be useful. It would be much more conveniant than rejoining the game.
