+## Overview
+
+When you create a new AI Assistant in Articom, a **default workflow agent** is automatically generated for you.  
+This agent handles the assistant’s conversation flow, reasoning, and response generation.
+
+You do not need to manually create this agent. Every assistant has one by default.
+
+The Workflow Agent can be customized using:
+
+- **AI Model** — Choose the model used to process and generate responses  
+- **Instructions** — Train the agent with guidelines, initial behavior, and custom instructions

+## Accessing the Workflow Agent
+
+1. Go to **Assistant** from the left sidebar.  
+2. Select your created assistant.  
+3. Navigate to **Agents → Default Workflow Agent**.

+## AI Model
+
+The **AI Model** tab allows you to select which model powers the workflow agent.

+### How to Update the Model
+
+1. Click **AI Model**.  
+2. Open the **AI Model** dropdown.  
+3. Select your preferred model (ex: *Gemini 2.5 Flash*).  
+4. Click **Save Changes**.
+
+Your assistant will now use the selected model for all workflow processing.
+

+## Instructions
+
+The **Instructions** tab allows you to train and shape the behavior of your workflow agent.

+There are two sections:

+### 1. Initial Prompt
+
+Use the **Initial Prompt** to define the agent’s capabilities and personality.  
+This is the foundation of how your assistant behaves.
+
+Example:
+
+You are a helpful customer support assistant for Pizza Hut.
+You assist with orders, promotions, delivery updates, and store information.
+Respond politely and concisely.
+
+
+Steps:
+
+1. Go to **Instructions**.  
+2. Enter your main system/behavior prompt under **Initial Prompt**.  
+3. Save your changes.
+

+### 2. Training Instructions
+
+Training instructions allow you to add additional rules or guidelines for the agent.
+
+These can include:
+
+- Tone (friendly, formal, concise)  
+- Response behavior  
+- Safety rules  
+- Domain knowledge shortcuts  
+- Step-by-step instructions for certain tasks  
+
+To add an instruction:
+
+1. Type the instruction in the input field.  
+2. Press **Enter** or click **Add**.  
+3. It will appear in your instruction list.
+

+You can add as many instructions as needed.
+

+## When to Update the Workflow Agent?
+
+You should update the agent when:
+
+- You change the assistant’s purpose  
+- You add or remove knowledge sources  
+- You want to adjust tone or style  
+- You need more accurate task handling  
+- You want to refine behavior for better customer experience

+## 1. Create an Articom Account
+
+To begin, navigate to the Articom dashboard:
+

+
+You will see the **Sign In** and **Sign Up** options.

+
+If you don't have an account, click **Sign Up**.  
+You can sign up using:
+
+- **Google**
+- **GitHub**
+- **Email and Password**

+Fill in the required fields:

+- **First Name**
+- **Last Name**
+- **Email**

+### Email Verification  
+You will receive a verification email.  
+Click **Verify Email** to activate your account.

+
+After verifying your email, you will be guided through a simple onboarding flow.  
+This helps us customize your workspace.

+Used for account recovery and basic security.

+- Sales  
+- Marketing  
+- Engineering  
+- Customer Support
