Thumbnail layout wrong when presented in Popover #111
Description
getViewBounds in FPLocalController and FPSourceController don't report the correct bounds when Filepicker is presented in a popover on iPad. This is most likely a regression in iOS 9.
This results in thumbnails being laid out outside of the viewable area.
