Option to include lower resolution logs when specifying higher resolution logs #2
Description
Currently, if one log only extends to a resolution of 3, and you set the master to print or write logs at a resolution of 4, the resolution-3 logs will not be included in the output. This is desirable in some cases when you are looking tier by tier at unique log formats. However, it would also be handy to include all the logs up to the desired tier, even if they do not extend into that tier.
