Publish Should Return.... something

Description:

fetch very naturally returns the dataframe it fetches. Publish gives no indication that it worked. Ideally it should return the s3 path to the published dataset, or maybe the files, or a summary? not clear

Looks like at some point we actually bumped publish to return the file paths it created in S3? Not sure if that's actually what we want, but a start
