Set initial angle of the token

Is there a way to override the token angle that I get when the token is placed on the table, to set it to zero for example?

not directly. depending on the touchscreen you use you have several options I can think of:

1. if your hardware supports it you could try to recalibrate/set the angle on the touchscreen (interactive scape tables supports this in the touch and object assistant) -> this will only set a new "zero" angle for the object. it will not be zero every time you place this object
2. you could remember the angle of the object when it was placed on the table and work with the difference between the current angle and the initial one.
3. (if it fits your use case) you could always calculate the delta angle between two frames of the object and use this one instead of the "absolute" angle.

Too bad, there is a problem: if I start with an angle of 350° and rotate the object marker by another +20°, I go over 360°/0°, which causes problems, for example, with the animation.

I think var newAngle = (360f + currentAngle - initialAngle) % 360f; could do the trick here.
