Planned Merge: Toolchain for Emscripten

Summary

CMake is the de facto standard for building C++ projects.

The WebAssembly build process using Emscripten, enables integration between C++ and JavaScript.

The wasm branch contains the toolchain for producing .js and .wasm outputs for Releases.

Modernizing the CMake configuration and build tree will allow for merging the toolchains and reducing maintainer overhead.

Emscripten - Dependency - Update - libpng 1.6.51

libpng 1.6.51 has been released to address four buffer overflow
vulnerabilities discovered through fuzzing and security research.
This release fixes two high-severity and two moderate-severity CVEs
affecting libpng 1.6.0 through 1.6.50.
