False Downtime

While I was checking in ICM, I noticed I had 0.00% availability today, which was strange since my internet connection was fine, I can access other sites, and it shows more than 1 day of uptime:

The weird thing is, when I checked the Connection Log, the uptime shown in the extension (image above) is the same as the downtime shown in the log: (the time of screenshots is different, but it really does show the same time.)

Any pointers or fixes that are existing for this issue? I've never encountered this before.
