Build with JDK 11 for maven central

I tried to grab your library from maven central com.invoiced:invoiced-java:3.2.0 but found that the classes were compiled with JDK 12.

Given that JDK 11 is the latest LTS version of Java, I think it would be preferable to make the library compatible with that version if it's possible.
