[NEW-FEATURE] Add SetSignal method to TcoDo component in TcoElements library #39
Description
Enhance the TcoDo (digital output) component in the TcoElements library by adding a new method SetSignal.
This method will allow setting or resetting the digital output signal based on a BOOL parameter.
