Datapacks do not work in multiworld dimentions

I am using Multiworld for fabric. MC version 1.21.10.

I have been unable to make any datapack work correctly in the multiworld dimensions.

Jake's Build tools, for example, the textures show, and I can make the items, but they cannot place blocks or interact with the world.

Similarly, none of the datapacks that allow players and creatures to move faster on paths work (https://modrinth.com/datapack/gm4-speed-paths).

To make it clear, these do work in the primary "overworld".

Please advise. Thank you
